Downloadable materials, guides, and resources are provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
Users may not:

7. SMS Messaging Program & Communications
Program Name: Coldwell Banker Premium Realty / The Real Estate Center Inc.
Program Description: By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from us regarding property updates, market reports, appointment reminders, recruiting information, and marketing promotions.
- Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the short code or long code from which you received the message. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

15. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from use of our services shall be governed by Florida law.
All disputes must be resolved exclusively in courts located within the State of Florida.
Small claims actions are excluded.
Users waive participation in class actions.

Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
